Cunningham Pier Pty Ltd is a group of hospitality and event management businesses. Including Wah Wah Gee a waterfront Asian restaurant, it’s cheeky, loud and boisterous younger sibling Wah Bah a bao bun restaurant and bar and The Pier Geelong, a premium functions and event centre hosting weddings, business events and special occasions.
Feed oversees the entire marketing plan for all three businesses, providing strategic advice and implementation across all platforms including website, email marketing, social media advertising, search engine optimisation and search engine marketing. Apart from digital services Feed also creates and executes the content plans – across social media, print and any other company materials required. In addition to the strategic implementation Feed also works with Cunningham Pier to recruit, train and manage their internal marketing department and acts as an intermediary between marketing staff and directors.
Providing reporting at all levels Feed consistently looks to revise and alter the marketing goals when targets are achieved thus, continually improving the position of the businesses in the market. Feed also works with external suppliers and has successfully implemented a variety of cost saving measures to ensure company expenditure is reduced. This is important as Feed oversees the budgeting for the venues.
Feed is responsible for the management of marketing expenses, costing, forecasting and reconciliation of funds each financial year. Feed is also responsible for the ongoing brand development of each business and their subsequent yearly events and led the successful brand direction for Wah Bah in its redevelopment.
Enlisting the consulting services of Feed has meant that as a business owner, I have a great level of comfort that our marketing dollars are being spent very effectively and that we are performing to our optimum capability.
In short, Feed make me look good, whilst the truth is my input is minimal, freeing me up to concentrate on the areas I’m more familiar with.
Definitely a valued and very positive relationship.
